[Alex happens to be up on those wall walks later in the afternoon; a werecat that enjoys heights. Who'd'a thunk it, right? There is just the faintest of breezes in the air, but on the wind is something else and his nostrils flare widely.

His blue-grey eyes scan the horizon and narrow slightly at the darkening clouds that seem to roll in from the north, growing larger and taking up more of the blue sky almost as he watches.

He's got his journal on him, as always, and though he's a mind to just accept it as an everyday storm ..]

I don't know if anyone's noticed .. but it looks like a storm's rolling in. With how other things seem to work around here you might want to be cautious.

[Alex frowns, realizing he might have upset the mage. His voice has no edge, but he's quick to reassure.]

Just teasing, Anders .. It's alright, honestly.

[Justice .. you need to ease up on my boy. :| Godlike figure or not, the man deserves a breather now and again. At the dry toned response, Alex chuckles, grinning to himself.]

Isn't it though? I try to look on the brighter side of things, but God knows in this place ..

Yes, yes of course. I'm... sorry.

[Nope. No such luck. Justice hasn't let up since taking up room in Anders' head.]

So... we're all doomed, essentially. Isn't that a lovely thought.

[Alex switches to video and his expression is a soft smile as he shakes his head.]

Nothing to apologize for, Anders. S'alright, really.

[Honest, Anders; this is the face of someone completely unoffended. Then he chuckles, his posture and expression relaxed.]

Well .. I'm hoping we're not entirely doomed. Seems a waste to have brought us here to 'save' us only to let this place kill us off, hmm?

[Anders offers a bleak, fleeting smile before it fades, and he sobers.]

I believe you.

We'll just have to wait and see, I suppose. Won't we?

With any luck it's nothing more than a storm and it'll pass us without any problem. Just .. be careful, okay?

[Alex's tone, if anything, is dry but filled with amusement. At the last though, his expression softens and he nods.]
